With almost 90 years of combined experience, Marty and Tracy proudly represent three generations of dedicated dirt moving. Our family’s legacy is built on a deep expertise in roads, parking lots, airports, house site work, utilities wet and dry, water, sewer, storm, power, gas and commercial construction sites—you could say that dirt runs in our veins. This rich tradition of craftsmanship and reliability continues to guide our work and commitment to quality today. Operated Equipment Rentals

Meet Our Team
Marty Guy / Founding Member
Marty Guy has more than 45 years’ experience in construction, ranging from equipment operator to estimating and project management. Marty’s strengths include working effectively with engineers, inspectors, city officials, and suppliers, utilizing his excellent communication skills to consistently bring projects in on time and within budget. He has extensive knowledge with underground utility work (wet and dry), roads, parking lots, site civil projects (both private and commercial), stormwater management, and municipal procedures. This expertise allows him to stay ahead of schedule without compromising quality or workmanship. Owners and subcontractors enjoy Marty’s positive, solution-oriented personality, making him a valued leader on every project.
Tracy Guy / Founding Member
With more than 43 years of construction industry experience, Tracy has advanced through the ranks from laborer and operator grade checker to foreman and ultimately superintendent. His extensive expertise encompasses underground utilities, site development in accordance with plans and specifications, surveying, excavation, and operating crushers for recycling asphalt and concrete. Tracy has managed turnkey projects and is highly skilled in erosion control, demolition, and safety compliance, including OSHA, MSHAW, HAZMAT, first aid, and CPR. His hands-on leadership ensures every job meets rigorous standards for quality and safety.
